Receiving Broken Merchandise – If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please be aware that we do not replace merchandise for damage that occurs during transit.
All our batteries come with a full 30 days warranty unless stated otherwise. Always make sure you turn the battery on with 5 clicks in quick succession depending on the type of battery you have, and always keep your electronic cigarette clean.
Please also understand that we can not guarantee that our batteries will work with your charger, if the charger you have is not designed for our type of battery, then you are advised not to use it or consult us first before using your charger. Using the incorrect charger will in all instances damage the battery.
As all other products we supply are considered consumable products, such as e liquid, clearomiser, atomisers, drips tips and bottles etc, these do not come with any warranty unless they are considered Dead On Arrival (DOA). We will only replace the part that does not work, usually this is just the coil head.
If a device is examined by us and determined to have been mistreated, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/replacement of the item.
There may also be conditional warranties on certain items such as atomisers, clearomisers, cartomisers and batteries to name a few. This means if you use a low resistance atomiser on a high powered battery, then you are out of luck, we will not honour this type of warranty. You are strongly advised to do your research before using the item you have purchased before using it with other devices.
Refunds are granted only if the product is faulty. If the product has a return period it is displayed on the product information page.
We do not provide refunds for any e-liquid that you do not like. We suggest you purchase the smaller 10ml bottles before committing to the larger 30ml bottles.
Postage to return the item to us is your responsibility. We will cover the postage back to you if the item is deemed to be faulty by us. In the event that the item is not faulty, you will be required to cover the postage to send the item back to you, or you can wait and have it sent in another order.
If you have received a product you believe to be DOA or faulty in some way please submit a return request found within your account once logged in. Select the invoice the product was purchased on and from there you can submit the RTA.
