Kava leaves are known to relieve restlessness and induce a state of sedation. There are studies that show Kava may be an immune system booster, because of its flavokavain properties.
Lavender | Lavare
Lavender is a calming, soothing sedative. It improves the quality of sleep. Some say that it eases muscle discomfort, and studies show a decrease in computer errors when exposed to Lavender.

- How long does it last? Most people get around 200 breaths from each device, which is close to 3-4 weeks of continued use.
